Here are some non-scale ways I see an improvement in my health:
I am wearing a smaller size
I can walk long distances without aches or pains
My blood sugar levels are good
I feel good
I feel positive about this journey & continuing it
I am eating healthier

    I am so with you. I have not weighed in here in a very long time I am telling myself I am in Maintenance I really wanted to get to over weight but I am languishing in obese land. No problem!!.
Like you I am healthy, off medications and able to walk 4 miles easily. I love what I have accomplished and my social interactions are mostly with Spark people Pat in Maine. WAY to go for US!!!. Pat emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Absolutely! Sometimes the NSVs are every bit as important as what the scale says. You have a lot of positives on your list!
