It's rainy and dreary here today so I was unable to get out and walk. I intend to do a workout when I get home. On the nutrition front I have had lots of veggies and some fruit today. I had dairy this morning and protein with whole wheat at lunch, so looks like I'm making progress. Pasta, potatoes, actually any kind of starch has always been my addiction and I am so proud of the progess I have made lately not eating as much, some days none at all...that is big for me...I have also given up donuts, little debbies, cakes and sweets in general and going for either some fruit or a piece of sugar free candy if I have an overwhelming craving. This website has helped me recognize the difference between being hungry, I mean really hungry, a craving, or just a verocious appetite. I appreciate all the help and support I am getting here.
