Hope everyone who reads this entry are doing great today! Hope you feel that you are on your way to a better you, healthier you, newer you! Keep it up, don't stop for nothing! You are not alone! emoticon

Finally, company left. I was able to kick butt in my exercises today. Drenched in sweat, it's a good thing. Lost 3 pounds, WOO, HOO! Feeling the burn. Still trying to get the meals down, no issues with portions. Felt under weather yesterday so I didn't get a chance to get out and go grocery shopping but I did get in my exercises, started to feel a little better. Drinking water is becoming a lesser issue for me. It does not make me sick so my doctor will be surprise. My youngest daughter has issues drinking water as well. It used to make us both throw up. Well, back to my workout. Have a few more things to do before I call it a day. emoticon

Aerobics continues to burn 2 hours after workout.
Strength training continues to burn 4 hours after workout. At least this is what I was informed. So I increased my strength training more often throughout the day.
