New shoes!

Monday, March 18, 2013

I was so excited to break in my new gym shoes today! It took forever to find just the right pair. Pretty grey and bright pink ones - and I love them. They are a symbol for me not to give up, a symbol of new beginnings and that the future will be brighter than ever. I am still working hard at eating enough since it still seems that I am not. UGH! I don't just want to fill up on empty calories just to get in what I need. Either way I look at my new shoes and I know I can do it!!

I just bought a new pair of sneakers for work. I wear sneakers everyday with orthodics because I have such bad feet. I needed new ones because I like to get a walk in during lunch if the weather permits. Today it won't be happening though as we are getting more snow.

emoticon on losing 50 pounds thus far. That is quite an accomplishment. It needs to be acknowledged.
Tell those new shoes that they are in for quite a workout. You love them but apologies in advance for what you are going to do to them.
Anyone one tell you that you look like,Neve Campbell in some of your pictures. You should look at yourself and tell yourself that you can do it. You have made quite a start, now finish it.
Leave nothin in your wake to achieve your health goals.Everyday you are making progress is a symbol.I wish you luck and success.
