The past week has put me off kilter. Wed. I had the reaction to meds so I slept it off. Thursday was chemo. which knocked me for a loop. Friday I was still recuperating, but I did exercise an hour, just not at full intensity. Sat. I was on my feet all day, and walking around, but I taught for 6 hours. I got some exercise, carrying supplies, carrying lumber, bending and stretching, but not a real work out. Sunday I chilled most of the day. Today I took my husband to the doctor for a stress test and by the time I came out, it was snowing to beat the band. Put a crimp in what was going to be an afternoon workout and zumba class was cancelled tonight. Now I wonder whether I should look over my fitness set up and change things based on the week. I didn't, but I'll have to watch not to eat too much. I'm used to 6 days of workouts. This week didn't cut it.
