A Week Without Tracking

A week without tracking was really, really not good for me! I gained a whole pound! I know that doesn't sound like much but to gain that in a week when it takes me a month to lose that same pound really, really sucks!
Negativity aside, it's time to get positive again. We had a great spring break! I bought a new bathing suit and it's time to get back on my workout schedule!
