C25K - Week 2

Well, it is week 2 day 1, and of course, it is raining again. At least I have Plan B figured out, so I went to the rec center again and did the workout on the indoor track.
Is it possible that week 2 is easier than week 1 was? Or did week 1 put me in a better condition and I was more ready for week 2? I don't know, but it seemed easier to me. As a matter of fact I finished and was like -- why did the music stop ... shouldn't I have another set?
I didn't even have an asthma reaction after this one -- yay. No shin splints, so happy about that too. I do seem to have a pull in my groin area, either from running or from some of the strength training exercises I did this weekend.
Week 1 completed, and week two started! Yay!
