It's been hard to stay motivated. I work 12 hour shifts and the shift I'm on likes to order out 2 everyday. I take my lunch most days and I'll let them know so they know. When I get home I'm so tired I don't want to workout. My dad just died and I can't help but think if I don't get this weight off I'm going to have health problems too that will cause an early death. I don't want that. I want a long life with my family. I have a treadmill and my mom just gave me 10 minute trainer with Tony Horton. My h husband isn't good about helping me stay motivated. He tells me I'm fine the way I am. 235 pounds is NOT fine! My mom's my best motivater but she's so busy and in another time zone so it's hard to talk to each other as much as we'd like. My problem is I get bored after awhile. Even when I change it up. I tried the online buddy thing before but I don't get on enough for it to help much. I really need to get my butt moving. My weight is starting to bother my knees and my back. I have the 10 minute trainer now so I can't say I don't have time, every one can make time for 10 minutes. The workout plan has you do 3 workouts you can brake up or just do the top one.
