A new day

So I decided today was the day, the day all my eating habits change. I did cheat just a tad, there was one key lime pie cookie left, and I ate it :(. I have cooked fish for lunch, with broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots mix, unfortunately that has cheese added to it. I cleaned out the deep freezer and found a lot of vegetables and before I buy anything new I am eating what is in there. I also found 3 bags of chicken, and more fish, tilapa and cod. I am set for the next few weeks. At supper I will be drinking green smoothies everyday. I put spinach, frozen (slightly thawed) strawberries, blueberries, and cranberries, carrots, banana, and apples. Once my Chard has grown I will be adding that. I plan on growing Kale, but I have to order those seeds online. I am off to a good start so far. I have been cleaning the kitchen today, I have ignored it since starting school and working, I just don't have to much time for anything. I am off of school this week, so I can catch up on a lot. I did put a new workout list on my iphone. Since buying it I haven't really adding to many playlist. I just bought Nick Carter's cd and love it, I just want to dance when I hear it. I am really looking forward to the new Backstreet Boys and NKOTB cd coming out, guess who's buying them both, hint....ME. Well my lunch is finish and it's time to eat. I hope I remember to get on everyday, it's a great motivator. Also there is a page I want to recommend you to like on Youtube, Laurn Kitt's FITTKITT, she seems to be awesome. Bye for now.
