2 pounds up , 2 pounds down

So I'm going through the 2 pound syndrome. I either lose 2 pounds or gain 2 pounds and thats it. Well it is a slow start for me getting back into the swing of things. I weighed in today and I'm 213, last week I was 211. The saddest part is I was down to 205. Well I'm going to keep pushing and try to step it up. I have all the walk away the pounds dvds and I want to try something different. Any suggestions? I was thinking of zumba. I want to be out of 200ville. Thats the goal and I'm sticking to it.

    Zumba! Zumba! I do cardio dance and I love it to pieces, it has changed my life. If you like going out dancing, it is the perfect work out for you! emoticon

    Zumba is excellent. With a little change in my eating habits as well, it helped me lose 10 pounds in a 4 weeks! Just try to remain positive and stay focused! Good luck!

    I hear ya!! I was stuck on a plateau for literally months! Now it's s-l-o-w-l-y creeping down!! Woo Hoo I'll take it,,but what seems to be working for me is I bought SparkPeople 28 Day Bootcamp and Total Body Sculpting with Coach Nicole,,on cross training days I'm doing a Couch 25K running program,,believe me it's not pretty by any stretch,,ha ha but whatever works I'll do!! Hang in there emoticon

    I wish weight loss were more of a downhill slope than a series of jagged peaks!

    I like Leslie Sansone but I'm also a big fan of Zumba. Those are the two series of DVDs I play with the most. Some of the Biggest Loser DVDs are OK, but they're kind of hit and miss for me. Good luck shaking up your workout!
