So I'm going through the 2 pound syndrome. I either lose 2 pounds or gain 2 pounds and thats it. Well it is a slow start for me getting back into the swing of things. I weighed in today and I'm 213, last week I was 211. The saddest part is I was down to 205. Well I'm going to keep pushing and try to step it up. I have all the walk away the pounds dvds and I want to try something different. Any suggestions? I was thinking of zumba. I want to be out of 200ville. Thats the goal and I'm sticking to it.
