Going Strong Today! Ready for a Successful Week!

Went to the doctor today and she prescribed me an inhaler and gave me a lot of praise for the work I've done so far, which I appreciate. I'm feeling a little crappy today; I think I have a cold or something. I'm going to take a nap and then take a walk around the complex. I found a decent ap that measures your steps and estimates calories burned.

My fiancee and I were talking about setting incentives for meeting our goals. And we keep saying "we should put them in writing" but haven't yet. I'm thinking that tonight may be the night to do that.

    Sounds like a great idea to write them down... so you can focus on them and doing what you need to do to reach them :-)

  I always keep my goals simple and don't beat myself if I mess up just start a new day. All the best on making yours
