Well I'm at the danger zone and need help in surviving and reviving my lost. There is so much stress in my life at this time that I've just about given up. But something hit me on the head (figuratively) and woke me up. After getting the foot healed I developed a arm/shoulder problem. i thought this would be easy to maneuver but find out differently. I really need help with some of the ordinary basic things of the day.
My clothes are fitting better but the scale is going back up. HELP!!! I completed the 4 stage of Stage Coach and now working on the Plateau area. How do you exercise with a bad arm/shoulder?
Looking for a exercise partner or someone to direct me to a gym. Yes, I do better with competition. Why? Who knows. Just don't seem to make it alone in exercising. I have so much equipment there should be no reason for not doing it. But I guess procrastination is the new thing for me. Pleas advise with suggestions. really need to get off this rollercoaster.
