AWESOME time spent at the Relay 4 Life. Didn't have to do the 5-6am shift. We were officially on the 1-2am shift, but arrived early. We started walking at 11.30pm and ended 1.30am. Yes, I walked 2 hours, and today, I am still feeling it. But what a worthy cause. The event itself was great. Each hour was a different theme. The theme that had the most laughs and fun was by far the Cross-Dressing theme. There were these big, burly men, all dressed up in wigs and dresses for a good cause. Kudo to them.
And to make the whole weekend more awesome, our National Cricket Team took to the pitch to play Pakistan, wearing Pink Cricket Gear.......in support of Breast Cancer......Proud To Be South African
