I just did 3 miles of a Leslie Sansone walking DVD. I love them because I can do it at home whenever I want. And it is a great all-over work out. I know that if I could get up every morning and do a couple of miles atleast with Leslie, I could make great progess toward my goal of losing weight. The problem....I can't get up at 5:15 when the alarm goes off. What I really need is a Jillian Michaels to drag my butt out of bed. Short of that, I just keep sleeping. But today I did it. And that is a good thing!
