That is what I am telling myself today after getting on the scale this week and not losing any weight after really doing my best last week. In the past I would give up and say to myself why am I putting myself through this. Not any more I have given myself a pep talk this morning and I am determined to stay with this until I hit my goal weight and yes I will have some good weeks/days and bad weeks/days but I can get through them. I am giving myself small goals to reach like measuring and weighing which I have done remarkably well with so far. Patting myself on the back LOL I am giving myself a mantra to say over and over in my head this week "you can do this" and I will repeat this as much as I have to until it is stuck in my head. I am going to have another good week and I hope that next week when I get on the scale it will show my hard work.
