Goals for the Week

Run outside at least twice. If the weather is nice I need to take advantage of it! Its been cold and snowy still, but sitting around waiting for spring to show up isn't doing me any good with my training. Next week I'm looking after my parent's dog while they are away so I have to take her for walks and it won't be an issue getting outside then. She loves the cold, (part Husky) so I can't even use that as an excuse!
Cook something new and healthy. Its so easy to stay in the same routine but I love cooking so I want to try new things. I have so many cookbooks that have such delicious recipes in them I need to try more things. The downside is I live alone and most recipes feed 4 people, but I can deal with leftovers or try and cut recipes in half.
Find a good way to de-stress. Running is good, get outside in the fresh air and clear my head. But on those days that I don't go out I need something te get centred. I'll try some yoga this week. I also like painting and stuff like that.
So that is this week's plan. Just simple things right now, let's see how it goes.

Are you fond of freezing foods? Could be a quick resolution to those days when we just want to eat junk because its readily accessible too.. :) In my house.. theres 5+ people at any given time.. my good food disappears and the junk overruns.. a battle I've been dealing with for years!! I swear, if I lived alone (or could afford to), junk food would be in one cupboard - the one I had to work for to reach! lol I hope you're plan for the week is going good!!

I have the same problem with food. I live alone also and sometimes it seems like waste to make so much. I, however, don't like leftovers so that's not a good strategy for me.
