My Goals for this week:
-Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
-Track food and fitness consistently and stay within calorie range
-Cardio M-W-SAT; Early morning workout (Strength) TUE-THURS
-Earn my LTGL points daily by researching breakfast recipes and making/eating breakfast daily
-continue to incorporate stretching
Last week was an overall improvement, although not an overall success. This week will be much better I'm sure, as I will focus on improving my consistency. I will try to incorporate the habits learned through the LTGL points, and re-introduce those wonderful morning workouts! I worked this weekend to prepare myself for the week, by grocery shopping for healthy foods, cooking a meal in advance, packing breakfast/lunch and snacks for work today, packing my gym bag in advance and bringing extra healthy snacks to work to keep on hand. I'll put an emergency protein bar in my car today, as well, and will also throw in an extra set of workout clothes, in case I get the opportunity to score an unplanned workout. So here goes another week, fingers crossed it goes well and leads to some actual lbs lost....
