Work out plan for March 18 -23rd, 2013

I've decided to put my work out intentions into words in the hope that it will help me stick to the plan instead of waffling back and forth about whether or not I feel like doing cardio or weights on any given day. Here goes...

Monday - 1hr kettlebells with 10 & 15 pound bells

Tuesday - Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, week 1

Wednesday - 1hr kettlebells with 10 & 15 pound bells

Thursday - Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, week 1

Friday - 1hr kettlebells with 10 & 15 pound bells

Saturday - Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, week 1

Sunday - REST DAY....and housework!
