I had a good workout. I did what I went there to do. I'm still having a problem getting enough calories sometimes I'm just not hungry. emoticon

    I also have a tendency to undereat, especially when I am not tracking my intake! On days when I need a calorie boost, a handful of mixed nuts works well. A 1/4 cup serving is around 160-210 calories, depending on the mix.
