Best Corned Beef Ever!

Those of you who know me know that I HATE TO COOK! (always have, always will) Surprisingly, I cooked the best corned beef/cabbage/potato meal ever. The meat was so moist and juicy and it was so easy to make. (Yes, it fits my 5 ingredients or less rule!) I put the beef into a dutch oven and stuck it into my 300 degree oven for 6 hours (one hour per pound). How easy is that? Then I put quartered potatoes and cabbage in for the last 30 minutes. Even I couldn't mess up a recipe like that.
