I started this jorney on December 12th with my commitment to curves. Although I've lost around 8-10 inches I haven't seen the scale really move that much. I can easily get discouraged but i am trying really hard to keep my focus. There is so many things happening in life that sometimes I don't know whether I'm coming or going. Story of ourlives right. Well, I have three month to reach my goal of atleast losing 25 lbs. I know i can do this. I just not sure of how anymore. If that makes since.

Anyway, enough of that. I've been walking with Leslie 20-30 mins during the week. I haven't been to curves in a week. I do plan to go back and go hard. So we'll see. I'm just so tired of being the fat girl trapped inside a skinny girls body. I wasn't built for this weight.

Happy losing everyone!!!

Tiff, 8-10 inches!! That's amazing! I know it can be frustrating when the scale doesn't move, but you have other numbers that are moving in it's place! Keep going and eventually that scale will stop being so stubborn :).

Losing 8-10" is awesome!! I know its very difficult not to focus on the scale, but do your clothes fit better? Are you feeling healthier? The scale doesn't always reflect the positive changes that are going on with your body!! Don't give up. You are moving in the right direction, and eventually the scale will reflect that!! emoticon
