Day 36 of Insanity...Am i Crazy? ....maybe...lol....

So, im on day 36 of insanity(this is a 63 day program that promises to give you a year's worth of results in only 60 days.)
So i have completed month 1.I have lost 5 lbs since my last weigh in here...8 since i started..., and 2 inches....1 from my waist alone! yay...and that is basically in month 1.They say that you see the biggest changes in month 2...so we will see.....

Weight 224 lbs
Hips. 48.5 inches
Waist. 41 inches
Thigh. 28.5 inches
Arm. 15.5 inches
Chest. 43 inches

Then we also do a fit test day 1 is really day 1 of insanity, day 2 was day 15 and day 3 was actually today..day 36(i did mine yesterday though just to get it done)....SO i have improved!!Not tons but even 1 more is an improvement!!!

Now i begin month 2 of insanity..It is HARD!!! Today was like day 1 all over again...dizzy when i stood up, nausea...for a few my muscles just couldnt do another one!! But holy smokes!! if this is day 1 of month 2 then i should see some killer results by the end of this month! and i burned 769 calories for the 60 minute workout.(I got a heart rate monitor and chest strap so that i can see just how much i actually burn in a day).....

I just wanna write here that i think that i may be crazy to do this...Some days i don't feel like doing it at all but i wanna be healthy and heck if skinny comes with it? HECK YEAH!! It does hurt, my arms strain and i sucked so bad at push ups that 3-5 were my limit(i'm talking the guy kind not the easy girly ones...lol)...now i can do 19 push up jacks...I'm pretty proud of that!
And planks? pft! yeah right...now i can hold one for 1 minute...And even though i've done 5 lbs and 2 inches, my body is changing...my lower tummy is tighter and the waist section of it is slimming too...

This is going to be worth it! I know it...and yeah, as crazy as i think i am for doing this...i do wanna repeat after this session is over.....and that is with my whole life going on while i try to do this...I still am working 2 jobs, i also am a member of our home n school(PTA to you all), and i keep my family looked after and happy..plus run the household and take both kids to all activities and appointments...sooo....

Goal for month 2???

i wanna lost 5+ lbs atleast and another 2-4 inches...more over...i wanna see those push up jacks get to 25!....

here i come month 2!!!

    hey im on day two, I had to stop the video four times as well as take the breaks he gave. Its nice to read about people who have fought through and are still at it! :)

    Hi Gemglow.....My daughter does that and she has an online fitness programme where she has people she encourages and helps them lose weight. She is very slim after having a baby 8 months ago, She gained a lot of weight with her first child and she got so fed up with not fitting into her clothes that was the turning point.

From that point on and having 3 more boys after that she was usually down to her pre-pregnant weight within 2-3 months. I'm happy for her as she always wanted to be a fitness instructor but she really loves doing it. It keep her motivated as well. She's doing a race sometime in May I think.

So keep on going sounds like you are committed to this and I know you'll succeed.
God bless and you'll see those pounds going down in no time. I can't even see the pounds or inches because i have some medical probs right now but it won't deter me and I'm no longer a quitter. emoticon
