The last 10 days has proved to me the benefits of keeping a Journal.
As a Team leader for over 3 years I have often blogged about the necessity of keeping a Journal.
I know it is a bit of a nuisance to write everything down ..but once you have ruled up the pages to track all the food,exercise, and what ever else you need to keep up with for your challenges, it becomes much easier .
I would not have liked to have fallen behind, as I am determined to lose what weight I need to, and to eat as healthy as I possibly can.
I like the feeling of having accomplished something .. and I like the way I feel ..
I know I would probably have given up on many occasion without my Journal to remind me ...
I rule each page with the date, calories, fat, carbs, fiber, protein,sodium,vit D,calcium,strength, cardio,steps,klms,calories burned, weight,water,and minutes ..
This takes in my full range of what I track each and every day.
Having my I-pad helps of course, but I do know many of you use android or apple I phones.
These items of technology really helps .
So please give the idea of a Journal a bit of thought ..
You will really benefit from keeping one .
