LOL I feel ya on this one. So many nights I don't get to bed until around 3 am then I just toss and turn and finally get to sleep about 6-7 am then back up around 9-10 am. I guess it could be worse, at least I get a few hours of decent sleep each night!
It visits me too. Remember to try moving at least 10 minutes every hour you are awake, usually works for me... that and a good stretch, warm shower and fresh lines. Good luck.
Well, sweetie, you've just had a very traumatic experience, you're on the pain meds and you're up there where, right now, there's not enough sunlight/warmth for you to go sit in it outside and drench yourself in vitamin D. Take some extra D if you're not getting enough sunshine. Do some deep breathing, meditation, visualization... ***see*** your knee all healed. Go through the targeting of each muscle group and try to focus on each one's wound up or pent up tightness, being RELEASED like *liquid* (from the top of your head, neck, shoulders, down one arm and down the other, your chest, stomach, down one leg and then the other) leaving your body through your fingertips and toes. That works for me.
