Happy Saint Patrick’s Day Spark Friends!
In my continuing efforts to conquer procrastination and increase my efficiency in life, I am attempting a quick update blog to start the week. It’s a miracle, I know!
This past week has been pretty good for me! Met my fitness goals, made progress on my eating goals and lost 4 pounds in the process! I am looking forward to continuing my success streak with the following goals for this week.
Goals for this week:
-450 Fitness minutes or more
-My push-ups, sit-ups routine at least 6 times
-Attend Zumba class at least once
-Work out at the gym downtown at least once
-Three ST workouts – or more
-Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
-Eat a high protein, high fiber, fruit and veggie rich diet
And last but not least, on a personal organization and goals note, I must keep up with my chores and organization projects around the house. Sometimes I feel like there are not enough hours in the day, but I am determined to be productive.
