So after a the two day slackfest that was Friday and Saturday, I made it a point to be active today. The boyfriend came over last night so I was playing host. We went out to dinner at one of my favorite restaurants, Crepeville. I had a turkey burger and and side salad so I feel like I made a pretty good choice on my evening out.
Today I made a crustless quiche for breakfast. I didn't have milk in the house so I made it with Almond Milk. It was ok, next time I'm gonna use cow juice though. I ate the rest of the quiche for lunch and dinner so it did turn out pretty good. I'm thinking of making another one to have for breakfasts this week.
After breakfast we went out for a walk down to the capital and back and hung out around the house and listened to some music for a while and then he wanted to go out to this pizza place Slices and get..well a slice.
Now the BF is a slender Monkey so he can eat what he likes. I however, have goals in mind. I decided to go there with him, it's only a few blocks away so we walked there. He got this delicious looking Pesto twist thing that I'm sure was at least 800 calories. I had a piece of quiche and a glass of milk before we left and had a diet soda while he had his slice.
Yeah, I'm not regretting that choice one bit.
