I need to have faith that I will continue to lose weight if I continue to maintain my calories within my goal range. Just because it has been a week since the weight has gone down doesn't mean it won't eventually. I have gotten out of the habit of eating breakfast and have begun eating after 10pm again, which is a problem. I will eat breakfast every day and finish eating by 10pm every day and hopefully that will do the trick. I am more than halfway to my goal and I need to stick to my plan.
