I am not happy with my lack of will-power these days when it comes to avoiding high-calorie drinks. Just today I had two huge hot chocolates (over 600 calories there) and I had a drink with dinner (mojito, yum!). So, more than half my calories were unhealthy drinks today. Time to strengthen my resolve! My goal is to have just water for the rest of the week (to drink. Plenty of healthy food, too, obviously, lol)
