Not a stellar day...

Well it was not a shining example of a *perfect* health and fitness day...but that's ok. I did walk the dogs twice. And worked on my classroom at church. Otherwise it was low key sunday stuff. Our typical church, eat out, relax, church and eat out again-I know, it could be better. I should cook more emoticon

So, anyway I am looking forward to the week ahead-I think I will try to walk 3 miles tomorrow, and it's housecleaning day so I may get my 10,000 steps in!

I'm also going to put some serious effort into getting more fruits and veggies. It seems that I have not been getting enough.

I've felt a little "off" this weekend, like I have not been taking that few minutes everyday and really looking at my goals. Those few minutes , writing down some things and giving myself silly stickers-that seems to ground me. When I think back to the successful weight loss efforts in my past, doing those things are the common thread.

    It's so important to take that time for ourselves to think about our goals and re-group, isn't it? I know I've not been doing that this past weekend. (So much to do!) Here's hoping our week goes better! emoticon

    I like the silly stickers idea. I never seem to have a good sunday either always seem to be busy.
