Well it was not a shining example of a *perfect* health and fitness day...but that's ok. I did walk the dogs twice. And worked on my classroom at church. Otherwise it was low key sunday stuff. Our typical church, eat out, relax, church and eat out again-I know, it could be better. I should cook more
So, anyway I am looking forward to the week ahead-I think I will try to walk 3 miles tomorrow, and it's housecleaning day so I may get my 10,000 steps in!
I'm also going to put some serious effort into getting more fruits and veggies. It seems that I have not been getting enough.
I've felt a little "off" this weekend, like I have not been taking that few minutes everyday and really looking at my goals. Those few minutes , writing down some things and giving myself silly stickers-that seems to ground me. When I think back to the successful weight loss efforts in my past, doing those things are the common thread.
