21 Pounds Lost

I have lost 21 lbs since January, 3 of those I lost this week. I am so proud of myself. I've been working hard and sticking to eating healthy and exercise.
I've changed up my exercise schedule and love the new workouts I am doing. They make me feel good. I can't wait for the warm weather to get here. My hubby promised me early morning basketball sessions at the park. Warm weather hurry up!
When my daughter sees that I am going to exercise she asks to do a run with me on the Wii Fit. We alternate between short and long. I love it because I am not a runner. Doing it with her helps me to get through it. Maybe one day we can tackle the Island Run together.
