I lost a pound last week! :)
I still have been doing pretty good at skipping fast-food! I stayed within my calorie/diet goals AND made time to do a workout when I got home today! I had leftover calories and was a little hungry so I ate a salad for a snack!
that's it! I'm proud of myself and I'm headed to bed! Hopefully I can see another loss this week :)
