I have not eaten since 11am. I am so hungry! I have to fast because I have to have an ultrasound done tomorrow at 11am for my liver and my whole abdomen. Routine check up on the liver and checking my whole abdomen because I may have a hernia. I didn't work out today because I just didn't have the energy. I'm a little bit disappointed, but not beating myself up too much about it. Hopefully all goes well tomorrow!
