No more walnuts on my grocery list....

Well, I did well today, but I did not exercise. I plan on changing my exercise start day to Monday instead of Sunday. I always seem to get behind on the first day(Sunday) because I seem to be doing things right from the get go. Every other Sunday I cook breakfast and see the granddaughter. I have Saturday off as my 7th day of exercise. I hope if I start on Monday I will have Sunday off as the 7th day. I like to be consistent and I thought if I started everything(diet week and exercise week plan) on the same day it would be easier, but I don't think it is working. So, I took today off and I will start fresh tomorrow. I missed a few days this week.....the whole Sunday issue so we will see what happens for the weigh in and how much it messed up my goals.
I ate a normal breakfast lunch and dinner, but since I did not get out to shop yesterday(I was busy all day...) I had to change some things around on the meals. It seemed that I was out of one thing or another for each meal I tried to fix. This may also have a poor effect on my weigh in tomorrow. emoticon

I also eat walnuts as a snack if I am feeling really hungry, but I noticed I am eating more and more of them. If I had to crack the shell I may not have eaten as many, but they are too easily accessible and I can just grab some out of the bag and have begun to treat them as a munchie every time I walk by. Again, we will see how the weigh in is. emoticon

I am not happy about my progress this week, but I think with the changes in my workout plan as well as not buying any more walnuts.....this should take care of most of my obstacles and I hope to proceed forward next week being able to focus more on my goals and be more optimistic about how I am doing. The not getting to the store thing was just a fluke and I don't plan on having to go car shopping all day and attend any benefits all at the same time any time soon. emoticon

I just need to keep moving forward on my path and if something pushes me off of it I need to get right back on and defend myself from further ambushes! emoticon

    Nuts are good for you. I agree that it is easy to grab too many when they are right there to nab.

    Walnuts aren't my thing. Now almonds on the other hand are. Too bad they are so expensive. emoticon
