I decided that I was tired of looking at the old fountain so I removed it today.

I am in the process of getting the pad ready for the new fountain that I will place there.

So next week when I get the landscape pavers in there place and the fountain up and running I will post another blog to show the finished project.

It took me three hours to remove all the river rock and stones that was around the fountain area, I still have a few rocks to find new homes for but for the most part the area is ready.

Just think of all the calories you burned doing this project. Can't wait to see the new one.

  Hi Sandy.........
All of my gardens are under a foot or more of snow, so it will be a while before I can venture into them.
You have such a golden touch in your gardens, that I am sure the new fountain will be wonderful. I look forward to pictures of it.
Have a great Sunday. emoticon

It always is such an uplifting feeling when you can do something to your home or yard that makes it nicer!

Our granddaughter lives with us and last year when she graduated from high school we spent 2 months getting ready for her graduation party. Wow! Did everything look great! I'm planning a "pretend graduation party" this year just to make more improvements. Much of it was just yard work and sprucing things up.

Keep us posted on your progress.

The existing fountain looks a little small for the space and shrubs. The new one will be spectacular. I know your work. Love your wallpaper, gf.
