Well, its Sunday and the weekend has yet again gone by way too fast.

Friday afternoon I received an email from my teacher.... I got an A on my exam for this last course. A REALLY great start to the weekend... Friday night hubby and I enjoyed a night out that included dinner out to this most wonderful Greek restaurant where we ate and drank things that really shouldn't be ate or drank when living a healthy lifestyle.... BUT CEST LA VIE! It was wonderfully enjoyable an the ambiance was romantic and lovely.

Then to atone for our Sins we spent almost 2 hours in the gym Saturday morning and it felt GREAT!

Then we ran around in search of the perfect birthday present for our about to be 14 year old daughter... our youngest... all day and We walked for at least 3 hours or more but I only logged 30 minutes of it for time because it was so casual. We also ate more food that well um.... does not fit a healthy lifestyle... LOL our arms are so rubber like! OOOPS!

But it was a good weekend and I miss it already... but tomorrow it's back to work and back on track with both my eating AND my fitness... I have pledged to do 270 fitness minutes this coming week and my response to everything I am asked to do after work hours is going to be.... I can't I have to go to the gym.

Tonight I will pre-pack my lunches and get my groove on and inspire myself to do BETTER and BETTER everyday!
