I am committed to continue on the SP program to reach my goals and to be healthy and strong. I have set some small goals such as tracking my food daily, exercising at least 10 minutes a day, then 10 minutes twice a day, then 10 minutes three times a day...I received a FitBit for Christmas and my goal is now 10000 steps daily. I keep track of my steps thru the day and then do my walking tape in the evening and almost always go past my 10000 steps. It feels good to meet my goals and set new ones. As I accomplish each goal, I gain confidence that I can meet the next one that I set. I have now lost twelve pounds and am having good control of my elevated blood sugars. I would like to lose about sixteen to twenty more pounds and maintain that healthy weight.

    Great job and good goals! I like the 10 minute a day idea. Once you do the first 10 minutes, you usually want to keep going because it feels so good!
