I'm losing interest in dieting. I'm sick of eating prepackaged meals. Last week, I indulged in REAL food more than I will admit to. I hope I've eaten everything I wanted and my plan is to get back on track this week.
Oatmeal + cranberries
Special K Dark Chocolate Shake
Chicken noodle soup + 1/2 cup of mixed vegetable
Ham & Cheese Lean pocket
Special K Cappuccino Shake
However, I'm still enjoying exercising. I've put my walking dvd in the machine and have packed my bag to go to water aerobics tomorrow evening.
