Weekly Goals

It's Sunday night, the night I do all my planning for the week. I thought I would also come up with some goals for the week that will help me achieve my goals.

Monday - Walk for 30 minutes
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - 5K
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Walk for 30 mins
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Walk for 30 minutes


I'm keeping my goals small but obtainable. If I do more, at least I would have completed the minimum for the day. Fingers crossed!
