* Finally got to the YMCA.
. - 40 minutes on recumbent
. - 39 Minutes stretch/abs/core/shoulder warm up
. - 40 mins on Cybex weight machines: upper body & abs
. . Harder getting back to this than I expected.
* Network still not quite right.
. - Best laid plans of mice and their computers often go astray
* Taxes & filing progressing
* Weight was down .8 lbs since last week
