"Pasta Bowl" was inspired by "Hungry Girl" one of my favorite recipes
pre-cook 2 oz of pasta (210 calories) spaghetti , macaroni or noodles (I have used all 3)
measure out 2 cups of Birds Eye Steamers......(90 calories) frozen vegetables (I love the brocolli w/ cheese sauce or brocolli/cauliflower/carrots w/cheese sauce (seen here)
Cook veggies in microwave , then chop to the size you want
Add to cooked pasta....mix the veggies with the pasta ... the cheese sauce will melt in
This recipe shows 1/4 cup Velveeta Shreds sprinkled on top....60 cals
Grand total 360 calories for this whole serving...Go ahead...eat it all.
