It's not that I don't like corn beef and cabbage it's just hard to cook for one. Plus I wasn't really in the mood. I had a very well done pork chop, and baked potato.
Last week wasn't that great with the walking. I only did two of the 7 days. The rest of the goals I made out pretty good. I also didn't do too well on the calorie goals either.
My goals for this week are:
90 minutes of writing
90 minutes of reading
90 minutes of housework
180 minutes of cardio
60 minutes of strength training
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or under 2000 calorie
My goals for Monday are:
15 mintues of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 mintues of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
spending 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or under 2000 mark.
