Breathing problems after workout

Sunday, March 17, 2013

I did water aerobics, during the class I was tired and lacked energy, I even apologized to the instructor (who is also my personal trainer). On the ride home I started experiencing breathing issues, couldn't get a deep breath. Now 2 hours after class having some cough when I try to get a deeper breath. If not better by the morning will go in to Dr. Too much Chlorine in the pool air?

Even if it gets better, go see the Dr.

I agree with JAHINTZY. This could be bronchitis, pneumonia, or even a heart issue. Please be safe, not sorry - and I hope you are all fixed soon.

If you haven't been to a dr lately I'd definitely say go regardless - that's a troubling set of symptoms considering you were exercising at the time

It's pretty scary when you can't take a deep breath without coughing. I hope you are feeling better soon.
