Back to basics

I have finally got myself back together now. I am resetting some goals to work on this week. Tomorrow is weigh in and I have no idea what to expect. here goes;

1- Walk at least 10 minutes every day

2- Drink 3 bottles of water daily

3- Get dressed every day

4- Do not smoke

5- Track my food and fitness daily

    Great goals. Even though you have been here a few years, starting over still takes some getting used to. Take one step at a time and keep on going from there. don't look back...only look forward.
