When I was in my 20's I was Irish one day a year...on St. Patrick's Day! Now that I'm "mature," and not wanting to use those calories for such trivial pursuits, I'm not a practicing Irishwoman anytime! I'm a German/Swede married to a Norwegian/Fin that can trace his roots back to the Vikings.

I will use my calories needlessly if a holiday such as Viking Day is ever created!
