After 3 months of being extra good and staying within my calories I exceeded my calories by eating about 2000 calories. After consecutive days and weeks around the 1200 threshold my body got an influx.
I don't expect this to be the norm or even an often event but one day shouldn't offset all the weeks I've been good.
This morning we went to Quilt guild which is always nice to see other peoples artistic designs. I was able to pick up a number of blue shades batik for my paper piece project - which is a long term quilt..
I also spent alot of time working on the One Block wonder quilt. My plan is to finish the inner top and I have fabric set aside for 2 inner 2" borders. I will have to go shopping for the wider border to complement the overall quilt.
All and all a good day - not good on my nutrition or exercise BUT a day off of my diligence may be just what my system needs to jump start my recent plateau.
