Tomorrow I begin working 12 hr shifts 6-7 days a week. This will not be an easy task for me as far as my eating and exercise is concerned. I will make sure that I pack a healthy lunch for work, but what do I do as far as dinner? I'll end up eating around 8pm and I go to bed around 10. There will be no time for doing any workouts. I'm a pipe fitter, the work I do requires walking and lifting. There will be times I will be in extreme cold and heat, but according to my doctor it will not count as getting exercise. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!
