Tomorrow marks my one week with SP and without even knowing how much weight if any that I lost, I feel like it was a successful week. My major goal was to drink more water and each day I drank the 8 glasses and even added some green tea. The week was a challenge though because I was suffering from a nasty head cold that had me down a couple days. In the past I would let something like that be an excuse for not sticking with my plan but I pushed through and I'm glad I did. I also ate pretty healthy this week and was very close to the nutrional intake guide that SP recommended for me. This week is also a PMS week for me which would normally include lots of cravings and eating all kinds of sweet and salty snacks, but for some reason (maybe the added water intake) I didn't have any cravings which was awesome. Looking forward to week 2, and thinking I am going to continue to focus on the water and healthy eating before I jump into the exercising. One step at a time!
