Today is the end of my first 30 day self challenge; I started 30 days ago with a new dedication to eating healthy, exercise and a positive mind set. I started by planning my meals ahead of time for the days I am scheduled to work and hanging it on refrigerator and keeping a copy with me ---- preparing ahead of time and every day for the past 30 days I went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for 65 minutes.....up and down hills and keeping heart rate up.

Im so glad that I proved to myself that I do have it in me to succeed, that I am dedicated and that I DESERVE this happiness..... I lost 9.6 lbs in the past 30 days bringing my total to 42.4 lbs since last May 2012.....

Today will start a new 30 day challenge only this time I will go to the gym 3 days in a row and off 1 day, 3 days on and 1 day off..... I will preplan again for my working days and I will continue to succeed in the battle for my health and happiness......

Thank you SparkPeople for a chance to find happiness and a place to put all of my emotions and frustrations...... TO BE CONTINUED.......
