A Bad Habit I Would Like to Break

I've heard it said before that we should treat ourselves the way we would treat a good friend. We build our friends up and encourage them to keep trying. We are positive and we don't let them fail. It's a shame that I don't encourage myself like I encourage others. I was typing a comment on a blog and realized that fact. So as of today, I'm going to make a new note in my phone. Everytime I say something positive to someone, I am going to type the same thing in my notes. When I'm down on myself and that negative self talk keeps going, I'm going to read those comments as if I wrote them for me. Starting today. I can do this!
