Thanks for checking in on me. I'm trying something [radically] different. I'm eating as though I just had my stomach stapled. I've read so much about how those people lose weight really fast, so I researched what/how they eat before & after surgery. I've done it for 1 week and lost 9 lbs!!
Of course, I know that's not all fat, but that's ok--it's a good start. I'm gonna give it another week and see what happens. If it keeps working, I'll keep doing it!
